The goal was to leverage the existing CMP and DMP to power a human facing AI agent and eliminate the use of spreadsheets and analytics software. The scope included pre-sales, ad operations, and campaign reporting and insights. The project involved:
Provided a comprehensive technology strategy and managed the program from start to finish.
Designed and built the necessary architecture and platforms, including partner integrations and quality assurance.
Built APIs to interface with the data platforms.
Sourced and cleaned and optimized all the required data attributes necessary for the AI application.
Created an AI application with NLP and integrated it into the client’s chat application to allow anyone to communicate with the AI application using voice.
Developed a strategy to build and integrate CCPA solutions across WarnerMedia.
Provided ongoing support for the platform’s operations.
Utilized AWS, Snowflake, and MSTeams.
Designed, developed, and implemented a cloud analytics platform using AWS and Snowflake to allow the AI application to generate reports for all client facing teams.
Built out DataOps and AI/MLOps and processes for the client’s customer facing and internal teams.
Designed and developed the client’s data ‘clean room’ leveraging Snowflake and AWS to share reporting and analytics outputs.
