Project Scope
The goal was to restructure the data and infrastructure to enable better organization, identification, and management of customer data governed by CCPA and GDPR globally.

Built out DataOps and AnalyticsOps for the client and then extended these solutions to the client’s 16 brands.
Clean Room Development:
Designed and developed the client’s data ‘clean room’ leveraging Snowflake and AWS.
