Our friends at a Fortune 100 global media and news organization engaged TDS to provide their global data strategy, architecture, and data compliance implementation for GDPR and CCPA. This encompassed the effort to build and enhance a single solution architecture across all of the organizations data platforms and video application (web, iOS, Android, Linear TV). TDS worked with the client’s CDX, ISO, and legal counsel to create and optimize workflows that maximized efficiency to build and maintain compliant data privacy on all consumer products. TDS provided program management, data analysis, application development, platform development, QA, and release management.

Our friends at a Fortune 100 media company asked TDS to help with current state analysis, architectural design, and data infrastructure build out for data governance and compliance. The project restructured the data and infrastructure to enable better organization, identification, and management of customer data governed by CCPA and GDPR globally. We built APIs to interface with upstream systems to gather the customer requests and built an application to collect, organize, and visualize the data and send it to the customer. TDS provided technology strategy, program management, architecture, application development, platform development, partner integrations, and QA.

TDS was engaged by our friends at a high tech software company to do a cloud migration. They had five data centers around the world and over eighteen months we moved all of their applications, data, and customers to the cloud. Along the way we modernized applications, streamlined business processes, and increased data usage and monetization.
